Daily maintenance (performed by operators)

Before use: Check if the appearance, power cord, and accessories are intact; Ensure that the battery level of the device is ≥ 80%; Perform a functional self check.

In use: Monitor for abnormal noise, smell burnt smell, observe if parameters are stable, and check if alarms are normal.

After use:

Wipe with 75% ethanol or chlorine containing disinfectant when in contact with human body parts;

Clean the surface with a soft cloth and neutral cleaner, with a focus on cleaning the heat dissipation holes and display screen;

Return the attachments to their original position to avoid entanglement or collision;

If not in use for a long time (>72 hours), the power should be unplugged.

Regular maintenance (performed by the equipment department or manufacturer)

Monthly: Functional calibration, lubrication of key components, software updates, safety performance testing (such as grounding resistance ≤ 0.1 Ω).

Quarter: Deep cleaning of the interior (such as replacing air filters), mechanical accuracy testing, pipeline inspection, backup battery charging and discharging testing.

Half year: Entrust a third party to conduct performance testing on high-precision equipment (such as CT, MRI) and evaluate the status of core components.

Year: Comprehensive dismantling inspection, replacement of damaged parts (such as electrode plates and tubes), full performance verification, and update of technical files.

Example of Special Equipment

Operating table: Clean and disinfect after each surgery, avoiding alcohol/iodine; Regularly inspect the hydraulic/electric system and replace the hydraulic oil every 6-12 months; Maintain a dry and ventilated environment.

Laparoscopic and other optical instruments: Handle with care and do not forcefully twist joints; Use degreasing cotton and mirror wiping paper to wipe the mirror in one direction; Disable ultrasonic cleaning.

CT/MRI: Strictly control temperature and humidity (temperature 20-28 ℃ and humidity 30% -70% during CT scanning); Regularly remove metal dust from the magnet.
